ProGenerals, as the highest-ranking officials in the Construction and Restoration Department, oversee the overall management and coordination of projects. They develop strategic plans, set goals, and ensure the efficient operation of the department. ProGenerals interact with other departments and company leadership to ensure smooth collaboration and successful project execution.
ProRabs, play a crucial role in the construction process. They are responsible for planning, organizing, and managing construction projects on-sites from start to finish. ProRabs coordinate the ProWorker team to ensure project requirements are met. They oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control. ProRabs also interact with other departments and contractors to ensure effective project coordination and timely completion.
ProWorkers are skilled construction and restoration workers who perform physical construction and restoration tasks on-site. They work under the guidance of ProRabs, following project plans and specifications to carry out various tasks such as carpentry, masonry, painting, and more. ProWorkers interact closely with ProRabs, receiving instructions, collaborating on project details, and providing updates on task completion. Their expertise and craftsmanship contribute to the successful execution of construction projects.
The interaction between ProGenerals, ProRabs, and ProWorkers is characterized by effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork. ProGenerals provide guidance and strategic direction to ProRabs, who, in turn, oversee and guide ProWorkers in their day-to-day tasks.
