As the ProRab (Project Manager and Field Supervisor) at RabFak Construction, you will be responsible for managing and supervising construction projects, ensuring their successful completion within specified timeframes, budgets, and quality standards. You will oversee project planning, execution, and coordination, while effectively leading a team of ProWorkers and collaborating with various stakeholders. Additionally, in situations where there is a shortage of workforce on the construction site, you will also take on the responsibilities of the ProWorker role, performing physical construction and restoration tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and understood.
- Coordinate project activities, including procurement, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
2. Team Leadership and Supervision:
- Lead and supervise the ProWorker team, ensuring they have the necessary resources, tools, and guidance to perform their tasks effectively.
- Assign tasks, monitor work progress, and provide guidance and support to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging professional growth and development.
3. ProWorker Duties:
- In situations where there is a shortage of workforce on the construction site, take on the responsibilities of the ProWorker role.
- Perform physical construction and restoration tasks, such as repairs, installations, and general construction work.
- Adhere to project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols while performing ProWorker duties.
- Collaborate with the ProWorker team, providing hands-on support and guidance as needed.
4. Quality Control and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify workmanship and compliance.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices to maintain a safe work environment.
- Investigate and address any safety incidents or non-compliance issues promptly.
5. Project Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and site records.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, including clients, management, and other relevant parties.
- Track project costs, monitor budget adherence, and assist in the preparation of financial reports.
6. Client Communication and Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting positive long-term partnerships.
- Communicate project progress, milestones, and potential issues to clients in a clear and professional manner.
7. Problem Solving and Decision Making:
- Identify project risks, challenges, and obstacles, and develop proactive solutions and contingency plans.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (X+ years) in construction project management, preferably in commercial or residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction principles, techniques, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
