Responsibilities:

1. Construction and Restoration Tasks:

- Perform a wide range of construction and restoration tasks, including carpentry, masonry, painting, plastering, and general labor.

- Follow project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate and precise execution of tasks.

- Use a variety of tools, equipment, and materials to complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely.

- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.

2. Quality and Workmanship:

- Maintain high standards of workmanship, ensuring all tasks are performed with attention to detail and quality.

- Follow established construction techniques and best practices to deliver durable and aesthetically pleasing results.

- Collaborate with the ProRab and other team members to address any quality issues and make necessary adjustments.

3. Safety and Compliance:

- Adhere to safety protocols, guidelines, and regulations to create a safe work environment.

- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly and consistently.

- Follow proper handling and disposal procedures for construction materials, waste, and hazardous substances.

Qualifications:

- Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
