  As the ProGeneral (Director of Construction and Restoration) at RabFak Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the Construction and Restoration Department. Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Management:

- Oversee the Construction and Restoration Department, providing guidance and leadership to team members.

- Develop and communicate the department's strategic goals, objectives, and plans.

- Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization to achieve project objectives.

2. Project Planning and Control:

- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and restoration projects.

Qualifications:
